Austin Beer Garden Brewing Company (1305 West Oltorf, Austin; theabgb.com) The dog-friendly, shaded patio at The Austin Beer Garden Brewing Company (pictured above) has watering stations to keep your friend hydrated, plus doggie biscuits for them and artisan pizzas for you. They also put their money where their mouth is. A dollar from the sale of each APA! American Pale Ale is donated to the Austin Pets Alive! Long Stay Dogs campaign.

Bouldin Acres (2027 South Lamar Blvd, Austin; bouldinacres.com) South Lamar’s Bouldin Acres is dog-friendly inside and out. Outdoors, the space is carpeted in turf grass, comfortable for delicate paws and tummies. The off-leash dog area lets them get some play while you have tacos or burgers from the on-site food truck, CM Smokehouse. And since the food is cooked in the truck instead of inside, you can bring your best friend into the bar area while you watch the game.

Southern Heights Brewing (6014 Techni Center Drive. Austin; southernheightsbrewing.com) Southern Heights Brewing Co. is a small brewery in East Austin, with a rotation of fresh beers on tap. Dogs are allowed in their breeze taproom as well as on their covered patio.

Zilker Brewing Company (1701 E. 6th Street, Austin; zilkerbeer.com) It all started in 2008 with Austin locals Patrick and Forrest Clark and their best friend from high school, Marco Rodriguez. In 2015, after years of dialing their process and brewing award–winning beers, they quit their day jobs and upgraded from the garage to the brewery and taproom on the eastside you see today. Dogs are welcome on the patio where you can enjoy a libation with your four-legged friend.

St. Elmo Brewing (440 E St Elmo Road, Austin; stelmobrewing.com.com) There website sums it up: “St. Elmo Brewing Company is dedicated to brewing exceptional beer for our neighbors. We love all styles of beer and people. You’ll find both in our beer garden.” You’ll also find doggos on the dog-friendly patio.
